I like Merchant Metrix (Apple Pie Shopping Cart) because the support is very friendly and knowledgable; don’t be surprised if the CEO gets on the phone and helps you. The system is very Google friendly. The shopping cart is very easy to understand which makes it easy for me and my staff to manage our orders and products.
I don’t like x-Cart because I can’t talk to someone in the United States; they’re from somewhere in Russia. osCommerce is horrible since I’m not a programmer. The interfaces are just not pleasant at all.
