You can if you DO accept those specific cards. Their respective websites have details on the technicalities of which logo to use and how large they have to be, etc.
Once you are accepted as a merchant for their card, your agreement allows you to use their trademarks.
In my case, I actually had a local rep stop by to check and make sure I had their logo’s in my window.
As long as you accept these cards then there are no legal ramifications you should have to worry about. Also you may want to contact Visa and/or MC regarding their ad policies on websites.
